We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for your child. To maintain the highest quality of care we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. After missing an appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to a $50 broken appointment fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Children 1 year to 4 years old are scheduled in the morning, Tuesday through Friday between 7:30am to 12:30pm. Parents and or guardians must remain in the office with children under age 18. We recommend that a parent or guardian accompany the child patient to the first dental appointment so Dr. Barnes can review your child's dental and medical history, as well as address any of your dental concerns and questions.
In an effort to provide your family with the very best of care we seek to utilize all the financing options available to you. Our office is committed to helping your maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contacts. Our staff devotes a significant amount of time verifying and coordinating your benefits and coverage.
When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card along with your driver's license or state id. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, Dental Network of America and Principle. Once your benefits have been verified, we will be happy to submit your insurance claim for processing.
Your estimated portion is due at the time of treatment. We do our best to estimate your insurance benefits. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all charges regardless of your insurance coverage. You will be billed for any remaining balance after your insurance pays. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Checks. We also offer special financing through Care Credit. Care Credit is a healthcare credit card that offers "financing options made easier" featuring some "No Interest" promotions.
